Saint-Barth has an incredible prestige and this thanks to its inhabitants and with their will to preserve their island and their art of living
The "Saint Barths", men and women are reserved, modest like people of a great family or a village. Everyone knows everyone with the advantages and the disadvantages that it can generates.

The population counts approximately 6500 people descendants of Norman, Breton and more recent waves of immigration (see the history page). It breaks up approximately into 3 groups:

- natives of the island,

- the "métros" otherwise, people coming from France,

- the others coming from everywhere with a majority of US citizen.

The family occupies a dominating place. Grandfather, father and children find themselves living in the same village. Here, the traditional values have the force of law and the word is crowned.
